Introduction
These Terms of Service outline the rules, responsibilities, and terms under which we provide our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Development & Design services. By engaging with our services, you agree to adhere to these terms, which cover the scope of our services, client responsibilities, payment policies, confidentiality, liability, and conditions for service cancellation or termination.
Section 1: SEO Services
Agreement Initiation
By engaging our SEO services through initial payment or signed agreement, clients acknowledge acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Scope of SEO Services
Our SEO services include but are not limited to:
- Keyword Research
- Competitive Analysis
- Technical SEO Audits
- On-Page and Off-Page Optimization
- Link Building
- Content Marketing and Creation
- Website Maintenance (SEO-related)
- Monthly Reporting and Analytics
Client Responsibilities (SEO)
Clients agree to provide:
- Website login credentials (dashboard or CMS)
- Access to Google Search Console
- Access to Google Analytics
Optional beneficial access includes:
- Google My Business Profile
- Hosting and Domain Registrar credentials
Providing these optional details enhances our ability to deliver a fully tailored SEO campaign.
SEO Payment Terms
Invoices for SEO services are due within 7 working days of receipt. Payments overdue by 3 working days from the due date will be considered late.
If payment remains overdue, a grace period of 10 additional days will be provided, during which SEO services will be paused. Services will resume immediately upon receipt of payment.
Failure to pay within the extended 10-day period grants us the right to terminate the contract immediately.
SEO Reporting
We provide monthly SEO reports detailing campaign performance, keyword rankings, and relevant analytics. Advanced reporting is available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Confidentiality
We commit to maintaining client information confidentially and securely, in accordance with applicable State and Federal Laws.
SEO Liability
SEO services provided are professional consulting aimed at improving website visibility and rankings. Specific outcomes or rankings are not guaranteed, as SEO results vary based on external factors.
Section 2: Web Development and Design
Agreement Initiation
Engaging our Web Development and Design services through payment or signed agreement indicates acceptance of these Terms.
Scope of Web Development and Design Services
Our Web Development services include but are not limited to:
- Discovery and Strategy Planning
- Website Architecture and Wireframing
- Content Strategy and Copywriting
- Visual Design and Branding
- Website Development (WordPress or Webflow)
- Quality Assurance Testing
- Website Migration and Launch
- Post-launch SEO audit and tracking setup
Client Responsibilities (Web Development)
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback during the review stages
- Provide necessary content or approve content created by our team
- Supply access to domain registration, hosting, and any necessary existing site credentials
Web Development Payment Terms
Web development invoices are due within 7 working days of receipt. Late payment terms mirror those of web development services. The client is required to deposit 30% of the outstanding invoice during the setup phase, and the remaining 70% once the website has been completed.
Website Review and Approval
Clients will review website designs via our provided platforms (Figma). Final approval must be given before development commences. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Quality Assurance and Launch
We ensure rigorous testing across all devices, with technical SEO auditing, SSL implementation, DNS setup, and post-launch auditing. Clients must approve the final website prior to launch.
Web Development Liability
We develop websites to modern standards ensuring responsiveness, functionality, and security. However, long-term success or uptime cannot be fully guaranteed due to external factors like third-party hosting or client alterations post-launch.
Cancellation and Termination (Both Sections)
Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice. Fees for completed services will remain payable. We reserve the right to terminate immediately upon non-payment or breach of Terms.
Amendments
We may periodically update these Terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
